The second step is the creation of concept drawings and elevations based on your brief. Once our drawings have your approval, we provide a detailed cost estimate and a comprehensive list of standard inclusions.
We will take care of all your local government planning approvals and ensure that your project meets with all of the required criteria. Once local government approval has been secured, construction can begin.
This is where you choose all of your finishes, fixtures and fittings. We can also assist you with colour selections and provide you with design ideas to further enhance your special project.
A dedicated supervisor will be appointed to your project. This person will ensure that all facets of the construction phase occur in a timely manner, and that you are satisfied to approve each construction stage.
Following your final inspection and approval, the development is yours. We can also assist you with landscaping including reticulation, lawns and the creation of established gardens.
